Modular Residences, Half Moon Bay California

These duplex houses sit on a modest urban lot and were designed to maximize solar gain while maintaining privacy for the residents.  Large interior spaces give a larger feel than their 1150 sf.  They are designed as Modern Craft Homes, with a mix of stone, lap siding, and board and batten finishes.
